Bandcoach: the web application available at capon.be/bandcoach, developed and managed by PCCapon.
User: any person or entity that creates an account and uses the service.
Service: all features offered by Bandcoach.
By creating an account and using the service, the user fully accepts these terms. PCCapon reserves the right to modify them with 14 days' notice by email.
The user agrees to use Bandcoach only for lawful purposes in the context of musical activities. Spam, fraud, scraping, and security attacks are prohibited.
Bandcoach and all its components are the property of PCCapon. Users retain all rights to the content they enter.
PCCapon processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is not sold to third parties. Users have the right to access, correct and delete their data: info@capon.be.
Bandcoach offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Band plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and cancellable at any time. No refunds for already billed periods.
Bandcoach is provided "as is". PCCapon is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profits. PCCapon's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the past 12 months.
The user may cancel their account at any time. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
